Upstate Parade of Homes Happening October 12-14 and 19-21


The Home Builders Association of Greenville is bringing back the Upstate Parade of Homes, which will take place on October 12-14 and 19-21. The Upstate Parade of Homes will include 18 homes, built by the area’s reputable and highly-skilled Approved Professional Builders. These homes will be scattered throughout the region in a variety of new home communities, including Hartness, a walkable mixed-use village serving as the parade’s Signature Community. Participants are encouraged to download the ParadeCraze free mobile app and use its navigation function to plan their routes, get directions and browse photos.

  • Who: The Home Builders Association of Greenville was founded on January 16, 1960, and was officially organized and chartered as an affiliate of the National Association of Home Builders. The association was formed so home builders and other industry professionals could work together and to promote the industry, new homes, home remodeling, repairs and improvements, and other areas of collective interest.
