SCCT Presents: Santa Claus A New Musical

You better watch out… you better not cry…You know the rest! Santa Claus is coming to town a few weeks early and you do not want to miss this chance to see him onstage at the Peace Center Gunter Theatre. South Carolina Children’s Theatre presents SANTA CLAUS A NEW MUSICAL Dec. 2-10th.

What’s the Story
After a thousand year run, Santa is exhausted and hoping to retire. Who will fill his boots? Is anyone fit to run the North Pole? Elves, reindeer, Mrs. Claus, music, dance! It’s the perfect recipe for a holiday show. Directed and choreographed by Lauren Imhoff, this fast-paced musical is most appropriate for families with youth ages 4 and up, or maybe 2-92 because who doesn’t love Santa? As with all of our productions, the cast members come out into the lobby and meet and greet our patrons. That means no long lines to sit with Santa. On Friday, December 8th, there will be pre-show caroling at 6:15 as well as a sign-language interpreted performance. Hurry though, tickets are selling fast for this show. For tickets, visit or call 467-3000.
