The Week Ahead: Christmas Tree Lightings and Parades!!!!

Baby, it’s cold outside. But there’s plenty to do inside (and out–just bundle up!) like tons of inside toddler play, the Christmas tree lighting in Greer and the Christmas parade in Mauldin. We’ve got one fun thing to do each day of the week to keep your big and little critters busy and loving life. Hulafrog is here to bring you the fun this week.

-Monday, Nov. 27 Family Jump Time at Pump It Up Greenville 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm
REGISTRATION NOT REQUIRED
AGE RANGE: Preschoolers, Elementary, Tweens
COST: $7 per child
Come and enjoy the great inflatables and get some exercise while having fun.

-Tuesday, Nov. 28 Drop In and Decorate at Cakes By U
REGISTRATION NOT REQUIRED
AGE RANGE: All Ages
Cost: Varies
What a great way to spend the day but by decorating a delicious cake just for fun!

-Wednesday, Nov. 29 Jumping Beans at Sky Zone Greenville 9-10 am
REGISTRATION REQUIRED
AGE RANGE: Preschoolers
COST: $6
Come and get some of that pent up energy out and jump jump jump with other little ones.

-Thursday Nov. 30 Toddler Time at Chick Fil A of Taylors 10-10:30 am
REGISTRATION NOT REQUIRED
AGE RANGE: Babies, Preschoolers
Cost: FREE
Come check out fun crafts and activities for your little ones. This event occurs weekly.

Celebrate the best time of the year with the entire community! Beginning at Mauldin High School and ending at the Cultural Center, this year’s Christmas Parade is better than ever! With floats from churches, businesses, scout troops, organizations and many more, the parade is a great way to see your community celebrate Christmas! Music by the Mauldin High School Marching Band will lead the one and only Santa down the parade route!
-Sunday Dec. 3 Skate on the Big Ice Event at Bon Secours Wellness Aren

Erin Kornahrens
Erin Kornahrens is the managing Editor for Hulafrog in Greenville, SC. She went to Winthrop University for her undergraduate degree in Psychology and then got her Master's in Counseling at Columbia International University. She also is currently practicing therapy at a private practice in town. She has lived in Greenville for seven years now after returning to the upstate after going to school and living in Charleston for a few years after. She is married to Paul, mother of Emily, Caleb, and Bryce. She loves being active with her kids and finding out about the great things Greenville and the upstate has for them to do and sharing it. Erin is passionate about giving back and sharing these opportunities with her children and others as well. She also serves as a board member of Switch, which is an organization that educates and brings awareness and human trafficking and helps survivors get out of the life. Erin enjoys quiet time because it is so rare and traveling and trying out new things.
