If you are following along on my Facebook page, I recently put out a survey asking what kind of recipe everyone wanted to see on my next submission. The answers were surprisingly varied. So, I’m going to be putting out recipes of all different types & I’m going to try & be more frequent with my recipes as well.
I’m starting out with breakfast & a crustless quiche.
You are still going to get some substance in there, though, because you add in Bisquick to the mix. This recipe is taken from a church cookbook, and I altered one of them to omit the ham. Feel free to replace the vegetables with ones you like better. If you add in more than the number of veggies or ham that is called for though, you will need to start adding in more milk and eggs as well. So keep that in mind.

Beat eggs in a separate bowl, add milk, Bisquick, salt & pepper, mix together.
