It’s National “Homes for Dogs” Adoption Day!

GREENVILLE, S.C.– Coldwell Banker Caine and Greenville County Animal Care will cohost Greenville’s “Homes for Dogs” Adoption Day on Friday, September 8, 2017, at 328 Furman Hall Road from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. This event is produced in conjunction with Caine Cares, Coldwell Banker Caine’s philanthropic platform.

“We are lucky enough to help people in the Upstate find new homes every day,” said Stephen Edgerton, President and CEO of Coldwell Banker Caine. “Now, we get to extend that service to homeless pets in need. It’s a win-win.”

This event offers donation and adoption opportunities. Adoption fees for all dogs will be waived and the organizations are accepting donations such as blankets and cat and dog food (preferably pate style/ground). A comprehensive donation list may be found here.

The event will feature the following vendors: Resident Dog selling hot dogs, chips and drinks; Noble Dog providing pet grooming services; Nature Select and Invisible Fence selling dog food and invisible fence specials; AllyJay Pet Designs selling fashionable pet collars; and Nomadik Few offering free snow cones provided by Coldwell Banker Caine .

Coldwell Banker Caine and Greenville County Animal Care are joining hundreds of Coldwell Banker offices and animal shelters around the country for the Coldwell Banker “Homes for Dogs” National Adoption Weekend. In just the first year alone, the organizations helped to facilitate more than 20,000 adoptions.
