Better Business Bureau® of the Upstate Presents High School Students with Scholarships

Better Business Bureau® of the Upstate (BBB) presented six high school students with scholarships through the Better Business Bureau Education Foundation during a ceremony on November 9, 2017 at the Hilton Greenville. South Carolina.

Secretary of State Mark Hammond presented the scholarships, which may be used to attend the college or university of the student’s choosing.

“The students selected for this award were the most exceptional candidates from an unprecedented number of applicants,” said Vee Daniel, BBB President/CEO. “They have demonstrated remarkable leadership abilities and a commitment to integrity and ethics. Their applications, letters of recommendation and academic achievements were the most impressive out all of the applications received.”

The Student of Integrity Award recognizes high school students in the Upstate who personify high character through leadership, community service, academic achievement and overall personal integrity. The Student of Integrity Award scholarship recipients were selected by a panel of volunteer judges.

The 2017 Student of Integrity Awards scholarship recipients were:
